【炬光科技：宋涛、延绥斌等股东拟减持不超过2.095%公司股份】《科创板日报》8日讯，炬光科技(688167.SH)公告称，公司股东宋涛、延绥斌、李小宁、田野、宁波宁炬、宁波新炬、宁波吉辰因自身资金需求，计划通过集中竞价交易和大宗交易方式合计减持不超过1,882,581股股份，即不超过公司总股本的2.0950%。减持期间为2025年9月1日至11月30日。这些股东均为公司IPO前取得的股份。
