近日厦门一民宅突发火情，附近送餐的外卖骑手罗发芬迅速果断地投入灭火行动。他与周围村民一同徒手拉开高温卷帘门，并多次使用灭火器灭火。
外卖平台也第一时间为其进行超时免责处理，并授予荣誉称号及现金奖励。
