怀柔区水务局与区气象局联合发布积水内涝橙色预警：预计8月2日18时至3日10时，我区部分道路及低洼地区存在积水黄色风险（水深超30cm），局部地区积水橙色风险（水深超40cm）。提醒广大市民关注天气形势及雨水情变化，尽量避开预警区域立交桥桥洞、地下车库、低洼道路等区域，合理规划出行路线，确保自身安全。
