今年第8号台风“竹节草”已于8月1日23时停编。根据中央气象台最新预报，预计8月2日至6日西北、华北、东北、内蒙古多降雨，广东、广西、江苏等地有强降雨，暴雨致灾风险高。经综合研判，中国气象局于8月2日调整重大气象灾害（台风、暴雨）三级应急响应为（暴雨）三级应急响应。
