财联社8月1日电，据知情人士透露，Salesforce公司和ServiceNow正就向Genesys云服务公司（Genesys Cloud Services Inc.）各投资约7.5亿美元进行深入谈判。知情人士称，这些投资将使Genesys的估值达到约150亿美元，且企业软件竞争对手共同支持同一家公司的情况实属罕见。交易最早可能于周四公布。
