在荷兰弗里斯兰省的大部分地区，目前水龙头几乎没有水或完全没有水流出。供水公司 Vitens 报告称，这是由于生产设施发生故障造成的，预计问题将持续整个上午。
此次故障影响的地区包括斯尼克（Sneek）、弗拉讷克（Franeker）、哈灵根（Harlingen）、吕伐登（Leeuwarden）以及 Súdwest-Fryslân 地区。
Vitens 在社交媒体上表示，问题源自一处生产地点的故障，预计供水将在今天下午 1 点左右恢复正常。
