7月30日，漫步者（002351）公告称，公司收到股东王晓红的《关于股份减持计划的告知函》，王晓红持有公司股份总数34,032,390股（占目前公司总股本比例3.83%），计划自公告之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内以集中竞价、大宗交易等方式减持公司股份数量不超过8,508,097股（占目前公司总股本比例0.9569%）。
