财联社7月19日电，交通运输部发布最新消息，目前已启动防御台风三级响应。今天（7月19日）上午，为全力防御应对今年第6号台风“韦帕”，交通运输部调度海南、广东、广西、四川省（区）交通运输主管部门，海南、广东、广西海事局以及交通运输部珠江航务管理局、交通运输部南海救助局，全力落实防汛防台风各项措施。
