上证报中国证券网讯（记者 高志刚）7月18日，中国证监会发布公告，正式核准中国船舶通过换股方式吸收合并中国重工，标志着中船集团旗下两大船舶总装核心上市平台的整合工作取得重大突破性进展。
值得一提的是，这是新重组管理办法发布后，首单完成上交所审核与中国证监会注册的上市公司吸收合并项目。
