财联社7月18日电，今年入夏以来，北半球多国遭遇极端高温侵袭。国家卫星气象中心国际用户服务中心首席郑照军表示，今年夏季的高温热浪是在温室气体大量排放、全球温度持续上升的大背景下发生的。导致极端高温的现象，直接原因是大气环流异常。 (央视新闻)
