7月17日，南粤清风网发布消息，广东省能源集团党委原副书记、纪委原书记黎凯生涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受广东省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。
公开报道显示，黎凯生曾任广东恒健投资控股有限公司党委副书记、委员、纪委书记，2016年12月任粤电集团有限公司党委副书记、纪委书记。2023年4月，黎凯生已被免去广东省能源集团有限公司党委副书记、纪委书记职务，退休。
