7月16日，兴银上证科创板综合指数增强发起（024182）发布公告，宣布基金经理刘帆的增聘。
刘帆于2025年7月11日正式任职，具有9年的证券从业经验，曾在平安基金管理有限公司担任交易员和研究员，2020年11月加入公司，现任指数与量化投资部基金经理。
公告中指出，基金经理变更事项已在中国证券投资基金业协会完成相关手续。共同管理该基金的其他基金经理为翁子晨。
