奥科吉于2025年1月15日通过一笔交易从菲尼克斯太阳队来到夏洛特黄蜂队，在代表黄蜂队出战的15场比赛（6次首发）中，场均出场18.3分钟，能得到8.9分、2.7个篮板、1.3次助攻和1.8次抢断。
奥科吉在NBA的7个赛季里，先后效力于森林狼、太阳和黄蜂队，共出战416场比赛（167次首发），职业生涯场均出场19.1分钟，得到6.3分、3个篮板和1.2次助攻。
