7月14日，华侨城A（000069）发布公告，预计2025年1月1日至2025年6月30日期间归母净利润亏损23亿元至29亿元，较上年同期亏损10.56亿元增亏117.77%至174.58%。
扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计亏损23.5亿元至29.5亿元，上年同期亏损11.8亿元，增亏99.10%至149.94%。基本每股收益预计亏损0.2861元/股至0.3608元/股，上年同期亏损0.141元/股。
业绩变动的主要原因是公司结转项目收入及毛利率同比下降。
此次业绩预告为公司财务部门初步测算结果，具体财务数据将以正式披露的2025年半年度报告为准。
2025年一季度，华侨城A实现收入53.63亿元，归母净利润-14.19亿元。
