记者从水利部了解到，昨天（7月10日）8时到今天（11日）8时，受降雨影响，四川青衣江支流陇西河、福建沿海九十九溪及敖江支流斌溪等3条中小河流发生超警以上洪水。
目前，上述河流均已退至警戒水位以下，水利部维持针对浙江、福建、重庆、四川、广东等地的洪水防御Ⅳ级应急响应。（央视新闻）
