美国抵押贷款银行协会（MBA）7月9日公布数据显示，在截至7月4日当周，抵押贷款购房申请指数上升9.4%，跃升至2023年初以来的最高水平。MBA再融资指数也有类似幅度的增长，达到4月份以来最高水平。
