财联社7月9日电，中盐化工(600328.SH)公告称，公司参股公司中盐(内蒙古)碱业有限公司与内蒙古自治区通辽市自然资源局签署《采矿权出让合同》，以68.0866亿元取得天然碱采矿权。同时，公司拟通过股东减资将中盐碱业变为全资子公司，构成重大资产重组，目前减资事项按计划推进，相关决策和审批程序尚需履行。
