新华社快讯：国家发展改革委主任郑栅洁7月9日在国新办举行的“高质量完成‘十四五’规划”首场新闻发布会上表示，我国研发投入再创新高，2024年全社会研发经费投入规模比“十三五”末增长近50%，增量达到1.2万亿元；研发投入强度提高到2.68%，接近OECD国家平均水平。
