一家人的晚餐,2道家常菜,简单好做还好吃,是吃不烦的幸福味道~
有一种幸福叫回家吃饭,还有一种幸福叫妈妈的味道。冰箱里的菜不多了,正好遛弯的功夫去菜市场买了些,挑点耐放的,又能吃个两三天。
天气热的关系,太油腻的不打算给家人做了,捧出几个青椒,搭上几个鸡蛋,又把莲藕和土豆也拿了出来,和猪肉一炒,这香喷喷的饭菜不就上桌了嘛,关键是全家都喜欢。
晒晒我为家人做的晚餐:炒三丁+青椒炒鸡蛋,主食是米饭和馒头。
虽然不是大鱼大肉,但就这搭配我觉得也不错,营养丰富,满足一家人的营养是绝对没问题的。并且这两道菜都很下饭,家常菜,吃不烦的幸福味道。
第一道菜~青椒炒鸡蛋。这季节挺适合吃点青椒的,不辣,补充维生素,和鸡蛋搭配,味道可好了,做法简单还快手。家人喜欢吃偏软一点的青椒,所以稍微多炒了一会,倍儿下饭!
需要准备的食材:青椒4个,胡萝卜少许,鸡蛋3个,葱花,生抽,盐,植物油
详细做法:
1,先把青椒洗净,去籽去蒂后切成丝;胡萝卜洗净,切丝;鸡蛋磕入碗里,加少许盐,用筷子打散;
2,炒锅里加植物油烧热一些,倒入蛋液,煎成鸡蛋块后,铲出待用

3,锅里再少加点植物油,放葱花炒香,倒入青椒胡萝卜丝,淋入生抽,中小火煸炒至青椒打蔫。中途如果有点发干,可以顺锅边淋入少许清水润一下锅
4,倒入鸡蛋块,煸炒均匀,即可关火出锅
第二道菜~炒三丁。这是我家每周都得吃上一两回的菜,有肉有菜,吃着香还下饭,做法也不难,就是稍微费点时间。当美味入口的刹那,家人争相往碗里舀的时候,那一刻觉得太值了!
需要准备的食材:莲藕1段,土豆2个,去皮瘦肉1块,葱花,姜末,白胡椒粉,玉米淀粉,酱油,料酒,盐,植物油
