粤进深 严明会 广州楼市上半年成绩单出炉。
数据显示，2025年上半年，广州新房网签30871套，平均每天成交约170套，超越去年同期的28618套。
价格方面，上半年全市新房成交均价为3.52万/平方米，环比上涨2.8%。
二手房市场，据广州市房地产中介协会统计，今年1-6月（统计周期：2024年12月26日至2025年6月25日），广州市二手住宅共网签56613套，网签面积为569.08万平方米，同比分别大幅增长12.98%、13.31%。相当于每天成交约314套。
