7月2日，中源家居（603709）发布公告，2025年7月1日，公司收到中国财险（02328）总计1718万元超亚家具投保的房屋保险理赔款。
上述房屋保险理赔款将对公司本期利润产生一定影响，具体影响以公司年度审计结果为准。
2025年一季度，中源家居实现收入3.53亿元，归母净利润232万元。
