当地时间7月1日，俄罗斯总统普京签署总统令，为外国投资者设立新的投资机制。该法令对特别军事行动开始后实行的反制西方制裁做出若干例外规定，允许来自“不友好国家”的投资者对俄进行投资活动。
此外，还将设立用于外国投资者交易的专门账户，可用于俄罗斯公司证券的交易和资金跨境划转等，为外国投资者权益提供了额外保障。（总台记者 程谟）
