7月1日，百川股份（002455）发布公告，公司收到公司实际控制人、董事长郑铁江家属的通知，其于近日收到江阴市监察委员会签发的关于郑铁江的《留置通知书》和《立案通知书》，公司实际控制人、董事长郑铁江被立案调查并实施留置。
2025年一季度，百川股份实现收入14.50亿元，归母净利润4222万元。
