济南历下公安通报，7月1日8时30分许，历下区交管大队民警在城市主干道维持交通秩序时发现，一男子站在车顶滋事，影响车辆通行。执勤警力迅速将其控制，带至派出所审查。目前，相关情况正在进一步调查中。
