北京时间7月1日，在世俱杯1/8决赛弗鲁米嫩塞与国际米兰的比赛中，弗鲁米嫩塞的锋线老将卡诺开场仅仅3分钟就在禁区内完成头球破门，帮助自己的球队1-0领先于蓝黑军团。
根据统计，本场比赛的进球也让卡诺以37岁148天的年纪超越了此前同样在1/8决赛中进球的迪马利亚(37岁134天)，成为世俱杯历史上第四年长的进球球员，仅次于拉莫斯(39岁80天)、苏亚雷斯(38岁151天)以及梅西(37岁360天)。
