合金投资公告，公司控股股东广汇能源与九洲恒昌签署了《股份转让协议》，九洲恒昌拟协议收购广汇能源持有的公司20.74%的股份，股份性质均为无限售流通股。若本次交易顺利推进并实施完成，公司控股股东将由广汇能源变更为九洲恒昌，公司实际控制人将由孙广信先生变更为王云章先生。公司股票自2025年7月1日（星期二）开市起复牌。
