中国船舶6月27日公告称，公司拟以向中国重工全体换股股东发行A股股票的方式换股吸收合并中国重工。根据上交所并购重组审核委员会发布的公告，该事项将于2025年7月4日上会审核。本次交易尚需上交所审核通过并经中国证监会予以注册后方可正式实施，能否实施尚存在不确定性。
