格隆汇6月27日丨中发展控股(00475.HK)公告，截至2025年3月31日止年度，集团本年度的收益约为228.1百万港元，较上年度约188.5百万港元增加约21.0%。该增加乃主要由于能源业务的营业额增加及珠宝业务的营业额减少的净影响所致。公司拥有人应占年度亏损由上年度约31.1百万港元减少至本年度约19.2百万港元，减幅约为38.3%。
