孩子生性好动，很容易划伤。
正确做法：
1、先用清水或稀释的消毒药水把伤口洗干净，然后止血。
2、如果伤口较深长的话，就要用消毒纱布将伤口及周围包扎住，可以包扎得稍紧一些以止血；对于四肢上出血较多的伤口可以抬高患肢。做完初步的包扎止血措施之后立即看医生。
