人民财讯6月25日电，中新赛克(002912)6月25日晚间公告，公司已于6月25日收到全资子公司赛克科技分红款项2500万元。赛克科技本次利润分配将增加2025年度母公司净利润，但不增加公司2025年度合并报表净利润，因此，不会影响2025年度公司整体经营业绩。
