人民财讯6月24日电，公元股份(002641)6月24日晚间公告，公司以自有资金在新加坡投资设立全资子公司Suyuan International Pte. Ltd.（简称“粟元国际”），并以新加坡子公司为投资主体在越南设立了全资孙公司ERA PIPELINE VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED（简称“越南公元”），建设越南生产基地。越南生产基地的总投资额1753.35亿越南盾（约合706万美元）。
