人民财讯6月24日电，盛新锂能(002240)6月24日晚间公告，拟4亿元—5亿元回购公司股份，用于维护公司价值及股东权益，回购价格不超过17.75元/股（含）。截至本公告披露日，公司已取得中国工商银行股份有限公司成都分行出具的《贷款承诺函》，承诺为公司回购股份提供专项贷款支持，贷款金额不超过4亿元，贷款用途为支付股票回购交易价款，贷款期限为3年。
