商丘市住房公积金管理中心反馈：如果房子是孩子的名字，父母不可以用自己的公积金贷款，可以申请公积金提取，是不可以申请公积金贷款，孩子户口本如果和父母在一起是可以的，如果户口本不在一起，父母可以向单位申请人事证明，人事档案里面有相关的信息也是可以的。
