格隆汇6月21日｜经深房中协统计，2025年第24周（6月9日—6月15日）全市二手房（含自助）录得1474套，环比增长38.3%。端午假期后，部分积累需求陆续释放，促使本周二手房录得量出现修复性回升。新房成交1131套，环比增长24%。
