人民财讯6月20日电，中国银行(601988)6月20日晚间公告，中国银行拟使用自有资金向中国银行（欧洲）有限公司（简称“中银欧洲”）增资，增资金额不超过等值3亿欧元，本次增资后中银欧洲仍为本行全资子公司。中银欧洲是本行在卢森堡设立的全资子公司，本次增资前注册资本为4亿欧元。
