6月19日，同益中（688722）发布公告，持股5%以上股东国家产业投资基金有限责任公司将其所持有的676万股进行询价转让，转让价格为18.22元/股。
根据公告，此次转让后，国家产业投资基金的持股比例从12.72%减少至9.71%，减持676万股，减持比例为3.01%。
2025年一季度，同益中实现收入2.53亿元，归母净利润4340万元。
