6月19日，晋景新能在港交所公告，作为公司与亿纬锂能根据备忘录共同推动电池回收网络等项目的一部分，双方将借助于2025年6月18日正式启动的全球锂电回收网络平台，在全球化布局、数字化溯源等领域开展合作，致力于在国际层面实现对退役电池材料的有效回收及再利用。
