6月17日，海南高速（000886）发布公告，控股股东海南省交通投资控股有限公司已提前完成增持计划，累计增持公司股份748万股，占总股本的0.756%，增持金额约为4499万元，增持后海南交投及其一致行动人合计持股比例为26.72%。
2025年一季度，海南高速实现收入5730万元，归母净利润-1357万元。
