6月15日，位于河北秦皇岛市的山海关中国长城博物馆，正式面向公众开放。该博物馆旨在全方位展示中国长城文化保护传承利用成果，全景式呈现长城的世界文化遗产价值和长城国家文化公园建设成就，是集文物保护、收藏展示、教育科研、休闲体验为一体的现代化综合性博物馆。
