6月16日，深圳市龙岗区一小区楼房墙体开裂地基疑似出现下沉，引发关注。6月17日上午，龙岗区应急管理局发布最新情况续报。目前已对沉降房屋及周边区域房屋共计25栋进行封控，涉及住户共783人已安全疏散和妥善安置，对房屋邻近的天成学校停课一天进行隐患排查。
