根据中华人民共和国公安部令第164号《机动车登记规定》第二章第五节第四十一条第四项之规定：机动车所有人办理注销登记时未交回机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证的。以下606辆机动车（513辆小型汽车、16辆大型汽车、9辆低速车、8辆摩托车60辆外地车）办理报废注销业务，原牌证未收回，（2025年4-5月份）现公告原牌证作废：
