ST赛为6月13日公告，公司2020年2月27日和东莞银行签署并购借款合同，由东莞银行提供贷款1.98亿元，贷款期限自2020年3月5日至2027年3月4日，双方约定按月付息，每半年归还本金。截至目前，公司已偿还本息1.06亿元。
近日公司收到东莞银行出具的逾期催收通知书，告知公司上述贷款逾期本金2000万元，利息237.77万元。因公司应收账款回收缓慢，近期流动资金较为紧张，暂无能力偿付，该部分贷款发生逾期。
