北京时间6月9日，据记者莫雷托消息，米兰与博卡就22岁后卫马尔科-佩莱格里诺的转会达成一致。
该记者写道：“博卡青年与AC米兰就马尔科-佩莱格里诺的转会谈判已达成一致。最终转会费为350万欧元+未来转会费的20%分成。双方已签署协议。”
马尔科-佩莱格里诺于2023年夏窗加盟米兰，当时的转会费为390万欧元，他曾代表米兰一线队出场1次，之后就一直被外租。
