6月6日，天佑德酒（002646）发布公告，控股股东青海天佑德科技投资管理集团有限公将其持有的1450万股办理质押，占其所持的7.27%及公司总股本的3.01%；截至公告披露日，天佑德集团累计质押9073万股，占其所持的45.48%及公司总股本的18.82%。
2025年一季度，天佑德酒实现收入4.32亿元，归母净利润6750万元。
