执教热刺两年间101场比赛47胜14平40负，胜率46.53%，并在今年带队夺得了2024/25赛季欧联杯冠军，锁定了下赛季的欧冠资格。
他与热刺的合约至2027年夏天到期，不过据此前多家媒体记者报道，他将会在今夏正式下课。
