北京商报讯（记者 郝彦）6月5日，深圳证监局发布公告表示，深圳前海锦华基金管理有限公司（以下简称"前海锦华基金"）在从事私募基金业务活动中，存在从事与私募基金管理无关业务的情形，违反规定。深圳证监局决定对前海锦华基金采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。
