横店这个商业广场用地或优化为住宅
5月30日获悉，为促进土地资源高效利用，缓解横店片区还建压力，拟开展新城组群C030101管理单元控制性详细规划导则修改，拟将该区域局部商业服务业设施用地调整为住宅用地并优化周边用地布局。四至范围：东至幸福路，南至横天路，西至川龙大道，北至横店大道。
公示时间：2025年5月30日-2025年6月9日
