格隆汇6月3日｜能源公司Diamondback Energy旗下Viper Energy宣布将以全股票交易方式收购Sitio Royalties，交易价值约41亿美元。该交易包括Sitio截至2025年3月31日约11亿美元的净债务，已获得双方董事会一致批准，预计将于2025年第三季度完成。Viper将从Sitio获得位于二叠纪盆地约25,300净特许权英亩的资产等。Viper董事会还批准将基本股息提高10%至每股每年1.32美元，表明对交易有望提升股东价值的信心。
