6月3日，博威合金（601137）发布公告，控股股东博威集团调整增持公司股份计划的价格区间为不低于17.5元/股，且不高于27.5元/股，增持总金额不低于1亿元，且不超过2亿元，实施期限为12个月。
2025年一季度，博威合金实现收入49.64亿元，归母净利润3.17亿元。
