天合光能5月30日公告，公司拟以现金收购其控股子公司天合富家能源股份有限公司（简称“天合富家”）的员工持股平台长欣赋嘉、众襄景策、富勤汇、富晖晟、富兆旭、富佳昇所持有的天合富家2.07%的股权，合计收购金额为2.62亿元。
